Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, deal desk, revenue operations, or strategic finance.
- At least 5 years with direct ownership over deal structuring or commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex deal economics independently.
- Ability to build defensible financial models.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and accrual accounting.
- Operational knowledge of commercial deal management.
- Exceptional judgment and ability to hold a position under commercial pressure.
- Excellent communicator with experience presenting to CXO-level audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as DRI for all revenue adjustments in weekly reporting.
- Maintain active reconciliation checks and ensure adjustments are accurate.
- Work proactively with cross-functional partners to incorporate new intel before weekly close.
- Lead weekly alignment meetings with the FP&A team.
- Maintain and enforce the Deal Desk approval matrix.
- Own the commercial logic underlying deal structures.
- Lead upfront diligence and financial modeling for non-standard deals.
- Monitor cash flows and financial commitments on structured deals.
- Lead accrual review for key Deal Desk items.
- Manage a Senior Analyst, providing mentorship and prioritization.
