Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, IT, and/or Security roles
  • Proven experience at a director level or higher
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling multi-functional teams (DevOps, IT, Security)
  • Deep expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with observability tools
  • Experience with infrastructure as code
  • Strong understanding of security posture frameworks
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards
  • Strong understanding of risk management practices
  • Experience managing complex systems
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and drive strategic initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced people manager and growth coach
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., fintech, healthcare, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Grow and lead a high-performing organization across DevOps, IT, and Security.
  • Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with company objectives, technology priorities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide and oversee DevOps architecture.
  • Direct IT operations including end-user support, device management, SaaS administration, and corporate systems.
  • Own and evolve the company’s security posture.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
  • Report key metrics (e.g. core infra uptime, security posture, incidents).
  • Collaborate with other teams to support company initiatives with a helpful spirit.
  • Mentor and develop contributors and leaders.
  • Anticipate hiring needs and advocate for headcount.
