- Proven experience at a director level or higher
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling multi-functional teams (DevOps, IT, Security)
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with observability tools
- Experience with infrastructure as code
- Strong understanding of security posture frameworks
- Strong understanding of compliance standards
- Strong understanding of risk management practices
- Experience managing complex systems
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and drive strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experienced people manager and growth coach
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., fintech, healthcare, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Grow and lead a high-performing organization across DevOps, IT, and Security.
- Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with company objectives, technology priorities, and regulatory requirements.
- Guide and oversee DevOps architecture.
- Direct IT operations including end-user support, device management, SaaS administration, and corporate systems.
- Own and evolve the company’s security posture.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
- Report key metrics (e.g. core infra uptime, security posture, incidents).
- Collaborate with other teams to support company initiatives with a helpful spirit.
- Mentor and develop contributors and leaders.
- Anticipate hiring needs and advocate for headcount.
