Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, IT, and/or Security roles.
- Leadership experience at director level or above.
- Proven success leading and scaling multi-functional technical teams.
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, governance practices, and enterprise risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong people leadership capabilities with experience mentoring teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the DevOps, IT, and Security functions, fostering a culture focused on operational excellence.
- Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term technology priorities.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Drive implementation of secure-by-design practices, compliance initiatives, risk management programs, and vulnerability management strategies.
- Ensure business continuity through high availability architecture, disaster recovery planning, and proactive system monitoring.
- Direct IT operations including end-user support, SaaS administration, automation initiatives, and internal systems management.
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and operations teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to infrastructure uptime, incident response, and security posture.
- Mentor and develop technical leaders and contributors.
