- 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company; 2+ years managing a team of direct reports
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company
- 2+ years managing a team of direct reports
- Experience in building global paid marketing campaigns
- Experience managing multi-million dollar media budget with clear visibility into payback period
- Experience in Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and/or Display (preferred)
- In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG SaaS company (preferred)
- Direct ownership of paid marketing strategy and budget
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing digital marketing channels
- Identify strategic opportunities to drive growth through paid marketing
- Deep dive into platforms and data to unlock growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Global Demand Generation to support regional campaigns
- Assess and build in-house talent and partner with media agencies
