- Demonstrated experience building and configuring AI-driven workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation.
- Experience managing external vendors or creative agencies.
- Experience using Office and Google Products, Canva and Adobe.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pilot, and build AI-driven workflows that increase Growth team velocity.
- Define and track success metrics for AI and automation initiatives.
- Train cross-functional team members on AI best practices.
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for creative agencies.
- Own and optimize Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation.
- Manage timelines for multi-channel initiatives.
- Maintain the centralized marketing asset library.
- Own third-party promotional relationships and directory listings.
- Lead internal marketing communications.
- Plan and execute quarterly Growth team offsites.
