  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • Experience managing large, complex global accounts
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the storage management industry
  • Minimum 2 years of success in identifying/building relationships and selling directly or with partners
  • Deep understanding of storage/data management industry products, competitors, and trends
  • Background in IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans in line with VP Americas Enterprise standards.
  • Leads a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Create sales campaigns into large accounts and coordinate executive involvement.
  • Identify and qualify leads to achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Manage a matrixed sales team and liaise with internal/external partners to drive prospects to close.
  • Maintain high-level C-level strategic relationships and prepare sales proposals.
  • Analyze potential sales opportunities using data and segmented research.
  • Plan, attend, and coordinate executive briefings.
