  • Support the operational management and execution of youth grants (Project Awards), including payment tracking and reporting.
  • Collect updates from regional initiatives to support global reporting, impact tracking, and storytelling.
  • Maintain club and youth databases and trackers to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the development and updating of onboarding materials and guidance for clubs.
  • Update and moderate the Girl Up Community platform.
  • Organize and maintain youth-led action resources, templates, and toolkits.
  • Support logistics for virtual trainings, webinars, and other initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage club and project award inboxes.
  • Coordinate logistics for promotion, recruitment, and program management for youth advisors and alumni networks.
