Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex global accounts.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the storage management industry.
  • Deep understanding of storage/data management industry, products, and trends.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in identifying, building relationships, and selling directly or with partners.
  • Background in IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, persuasive, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Strategic account plans in line with VP Americas Enterprise standards.
  • Lead joint company-strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads to achieve quarterly and annual revenue quota.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3x revenue target.
  • Manage a matrixed sales team and liaison with internal teams and partners.
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with partners; manage partner programs and enablement.
  • Negotiate and close deals according to company practices.
  • Establish and maintain C-level strategic relationships within accounts.
