Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex global accounts.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the storage management industry.
- Deep understanding of storage/data management industry, products, and trends.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in identifying, building relationships, and selling directly or with partners.
- Background in IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, persuasive, and listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Strategic account plans in line with VP Americas Enterprise standards.
- Lead joint company-strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives and financial targets.
- Identify and qualify leads to achieve quarterly and annual revenue quota.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3x revenue target.
- Manage a matrixed sales team and liaison with internal teams and partners.
- Identify and build strategic relationships with partners; manage partner programs and enablement.
- Negotiate and close deals according to company practices.
- Establish and maintain C-level strategic relationships within accounts.
