Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services.
- Experience managing full sales cycles (prospecting, qualification, demos, closing).
- Hands-on CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience using outbound sales tools like Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with sales reporting, pipeline management, and outreach automation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to speak with U.S.-based SMB clients.
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in remote environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target businesses to build targeted lead lists.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls using BANT/MEDDIC frameworks.
- Perform walkthroughs and demos of accounting and financial solutions.
- Handle objections and close smaller deals independently.
- Maintain organized CRM records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Monitor outreach activity, lead conversion, and pipeline movement.
- Provide weekly sales and pipeline reporting.
