Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles (prospecting, qualification, demos, closing).
  • Hands-on CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Experience using outbound sales tools like Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting, pipeline management, and outreach automation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to speak with U.S.-based SMB clients.
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in remote environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target businesses to build targeted lead lists.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls using BANT/MEDDIC frameworks.
  • Perform walkthroughs and demos of accounting and financial solutions.
  • Handle objections and close smaller deals independently.
  • Maintain organized CRM records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Monitor outreach activity, lead conversion, and pipeline movement.
  • Provide weekly sales and pipeline reporting.
