Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in sales development, business development, healthcare sales, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • At least 6+ months in call-based or phone sales.
  • Fluent English with minimal or American accent.
  • Proven experience prospecting and engaging distributors or enterprise accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with outreach platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Instantly.
  • Strong research discipline and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect target accounts including distributors and enterprise companies.
  • Execute high-volume multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Book qualified meetings for sales teams with key decision-makers.
  • Manage and nurture sales pipeline with diligent follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data entry and track key activity metrics.
  • Analyze call recordings and iterate on sales playbooks.
  • Transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives with necessary context.
