Requirements

  • Experience in outreach, prospecting, calibrating, and accommodating prospects.
  • Strong negotiation and bargain skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Persuasive communication style.
  • Technical knowledge of programming languages preferred.
  • International experience is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline across priority verticals.
  • Prospect and engage VP Engineering, CTOs, and other executive stakeholders.
  • Position the company as both a talent partner and a full software delivery partner.
  • Identify and manage multi-service opportunities including team extension and project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage leads through structured sequences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to refine GTM strategies.
  • Stay informed about services, market positioning, and competitor activity.
  • Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and scripts.
