Requirements

- Strong negotiation and bargain skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Persuasive communication style.
- Technical knowledge of programming languages preferred.
- International experience is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline across priority verticals.
- Prospect and engage VP Engineering, CTOs, and other executive stakeholders.
- Position the company as both a talent partner and a full software delivery partner.
- Identify and manage multi-service opportunities including team extension and project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage leads through structured sequences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to refine GTM strategies.
- Stay informed about services, market positioning, and competitor activity.
- Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and scripts.
