Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in a technology-driven environment, ideally selling enterprise software or consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Experience with dialer tools such as Orum or Nooks.
- Experience with territory prioritization and ICP definition.
- Ability to tailor messaging to specific verticals and buying triggers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-value net new and expansion opportunities.
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to enterprise-level decision-makers.
- Lead structured discovery conversations to uncover business challenges.
- Partner with internal teams on account strategy and lead pursuit.
- Utilize RevTech stack to improve outreach and connect rates.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Participate in ongoing training on buyer personas and service offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline goals.
