Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
  • Experience in a technology-driven environment, ideally selling enterprise software or consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with dialer tools such as Orum or Nooks.
  • Experience with territory prioritization and ICP definition.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to specific verticals and buying triggers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-value net new and expansion opportunities.
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to enterprise-level decision-makers.
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to uncover business challenges.
  • Partner with internal teams on account strategy and lead pursuit.
  • Utilize RevTech stack to improve outreach and connect rates.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Participate in ongoing training on buyer personas and service offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline goals.
