Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and prospecting methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
  • Strong resilience, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling
  • Identify prospect needs and position relevant solutions aligned with the ideal customer profile
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to qualify and convert leads
  • Schedule meetings and demos for account executives and sales leadership
  • Support marketing campaigns by driving engagement, webinar attendance, and event participation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent tracking of all prospect interactions
  • Report performance metrics and pipeline progress on a regular basis
