Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and prospecting methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
- Strong resilience, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling
- Identify prospect needs and position relevant solutions aligned with the ideal customer profile
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to qualify and convert leads
- Schedule meetings and demos for account executives and sales leadership
- Support marketing campaigns by driving engagement, webinar attendance, and event participation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent tracking of all prospect interactions
- Report performance metrics and pipeline progress on a regular basis
