Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone and leading discovery conversations.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, website leads, and referrals.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and messaging to generate new opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, health goals, and potential interest in services.
  • Educate potential clients about available treatments and programs.
  • Schedule consultations with the clinical or specialist team.
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects who have not yet booked a consultation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead conversion.
  • Ensure prospects are well prepared before their scheduled consultations.
