Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone and leading discovery conversations.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, website leads, and referrals.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and messaging to generate new opportunities.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, health goals, and potential interest in services.
- Educate potential clients about available treatments and programs.
- Schedule consultations with the clinical or specialist team.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects who have not yet booked a consultation.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead conversion.
- Ensure prospects are well prepared before their scheduled consultations.
