Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of developing managers and senior leaders.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Solid working knowledge of German labour law.
  • Experience with EOR structures, multi-jurisdiction benefits, and international employment frameworks.
  • Comfortable with HRIS platforms, spreadsheet modelling, and AI tools.
  • Experience in a significant growth phase (scale-up stage).

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with senior leaders to translate business goals into workforce plans and capability roadmaps.
  • Lead the HR workstream for international scale-up including entity vs. EOR decisions and compensation benchmarking.
  • Design and run performance cycles, calibration sessions, and succession planning.
  • Maintain cultural cohesion across geographies as the company scales.
  • Own the full people analytics layer including attrition, eNPS, and time-to-productivity.
  • Manage employment risk and act as the first point of escalation for complex ER cases.
  • Use AI tools to multiply output and enable managers.
