Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with agency and in-house exposure.
- At least 4 years of internal recruiting experience at a growth-stage startup.
- 4+ years of technical full-lifecycle recruiting for product, design, and engineering roles.
- Proven experience managing VP+ hiring partner relationships.
- Track record of using recruiting data to improve hiring process quality.
- Experience closing candidates and articulating pre-IPO equity packages.
- Fluency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and boolean search.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for sourcing automation, outreach, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and senior hiring team members to define and implement forward-looking talent strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders regarding talent acquisition decisions.
- Build creative hiring strategies across a portfolio of technical roles.
- Source global talent and build diverse, high-quality top-of-funnel pipelines.
- Drive a candidate assessment process that enables hiring exceptional talent.
- Embed DEIB sourcing and assessment practices into every search.
- Drive functional strategy for AI adoption within talent acquisition.
- Build scalable AI-powered recruiting workflows.
