- Schedule all interviews and debrief sessions including phone screens, video screens, and remote onsite interviews
- Respond to candidate emails or scheduling tasks within 24 hours
- Manage all candidate questions and concerns with a sense of urgency, empathy, and a high standard of customer experience
- Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interviewers to deliver an exceptional and consistent candidate experience
- Create and manage scheduling templates using our ATS (Ashby)
- Manage interviewer pools, load balancing, and proactive capacity planning
