Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Salesforce implementation projects within consulting environments.
- Proven hands-on experience leading Salesforce Public Sector and Government Cloud implementations.
- Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform, and Force.com.
- 8+ years of experience leading Agile software delivery initiatives.
- Active PMP certification required.
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream, multi-cloud Salesforce programs with complex integrations.
- Experience leading geographically distributed delivery teams (offshore/onshore).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, XP).
- Experience managing project financials including forecasting and budgeting.
- Experience working within regulated or government environments with an understanding of compliance and security.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Government Cloud and Public Sector implementation projects across the full SDLC and Agile delivery lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, schedule, financials, risks, dependencies, deliverables, resource planning, and overall client expectations.
- Drive successful delivery of complex multi-cloud, multi-integration Salesforce initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating executive-level communications and governance.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers to validate technical and functional strategies.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, financial tracking, RAID logs, and sprint metrics.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
- Participate in pre-sales and business development activities including scoping and SOW reviews.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, including offshore and remote resources.
