Responsibilities
- Oversee projects with hardware involving logistics and services
- Communicate with sales, services, and operations
- Monitor inbound/outbound warehouse forecast analysis
- Track and report warehouse activity levels
- Coordinate regular inventories and resolve discrepancies
- Point of contact for team inquiries and order status requests
- Coordinate internal departments and external shipping carriers
- Support customer-facing meetings
- Forecast project revenues monthly and analyze variances
