Responsibilities
- Build out a Project Management Office (PMO)
- Lead high-impact projects across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance
- Create detailed project plans identifying sequences and activities
- Monitor progress and provide project updates to senior leadership
- Manage risks, issues, and project change requests
- Optimize internal processes and workflows for operational efficiency
- Facilitate decision-making with stakeholders and steering committees
- Lead strategic planning and operational cadence
