Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership.
  • Proven track record closing expansion deals in the enterprise segment.
  • Consistent quota attainment (80%+ over multiple years).
  • Experience selling to economic buyers at the executive level.
  • Experience working an existing customer base to find new revenue.
  • B2B background in a considered purchase environment (SaaS preferred).
  • Experience navigating formal RFP or procurement processes.
  • Experience working with channel partners to source or advance deals.
  • Understanding of solution selling and MEDDIC or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Clay.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into enterprise account base to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to close.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue quota.
  • Build and maintain pipeline at 3x quota through active outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct executive-level discovery connecting business goals to product capabilities.
  • Network within accounts to identify stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and forecast revenue weekly.
  • Partner with Customer Success on account context while owning the expansion motion.
