Requirements
- 4-5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership.
- Proven track record closing expansion deals in the enterprise segment.
- Consistent quota attainment (80%+ over multiple years).
- Experience selling to economic buyers at the executive level.
- Experience working an existing customer base to find new revenue.
- B2B background in a considered purchase environment (SaaS preferred).
- Experience navigating formal RFP or procurement processes.
- Experience working with channel partners to source or advance deals.
- Understanding of solution selling and MEDDIC or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Clay.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into enterprise account base to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to close.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue quota.
- Build and maintain pipeline at 3x quota through active outbound prospecting.
- Conduct executive-level discovery connecting business goals to product capabilities.
- Network within accounts to identify stakeholders and build relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and forecast revenue weekly.
- Partner with Customer Success on account context while owning the expansion motion.
