Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue within Enterprise accounts.
- Experience building executive relationships across Global 2000 organizations.
- Expertise in developing multi-year account plans.
- Ability to manage a robust and diverse pipeline of expansion opportunities.
- Experience selling to AI/ML, data engineering, or platform teams.
- Previous experience working and closing new business deals.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full expansion and renewal sales cycle across your book of business.
- Proactively identify and develop new growth opportunities by analyzing customer usage and mapping whitespace.
- Build and maintain executive relationships at the VP and C-suite level.
- Define and execute account strategies in partnership with Solutions Managers.
- Articulate Arize's value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Forecast accurately and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
- Travel as needed to build relationships and engage customers on-site.
