- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Tech-savvy with modern remote work tools (Notion, Slack, Pitch, Google Workspace, AI tools).
- Strong communication skills for asynchronous remote work.
- Great eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing people product research with leaders, managers, and employees.
- Identify pain points and translate insights into a people roadmap.
- Design and iterate people products like Career Frameworks, Growth & Development, and Total Rewards.
- Ensure people product changes are launched with clear communication.
- Enable self-service and product adoption through documentation and training.
- Coach and advise leaders, managers, and employees through complex situations.
