Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
- 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organization and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 60% or more (3-4 days a week, including overnights).
- Strong understanding of drones, cloud, and virtualization technology.
- Experience in consultative sales processes.
- End-to-end sales process expertise (prospecting, discovery, closing).
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial fashion.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell to domestic law enforcement.
- Partner with the broader Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
- Generate leads using Google alerts, RFP requests, and other sources.
- Develop and execute account strategy to deliver value propositions.
- Manage forecast predictions and update management on account status.
- Collect intelligence on competitor activity and provide marketing feedback.
- Track customer activity in Salesforce.
