Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 60% or more (3-4 days a week, including overnights).
  • Strong understanding of drones, cloud, and virtualization technology.
  • Experience in consultative sales processes.
  • End-to-end sales process expertise (prospecting, discovery, closing).
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell to domestic law enforcement.
  • Partner with the broader Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
  • Generate leads using Google alerts, RFP requests, and other sources.
  • Develop and execute account strategy to deliver value propositions.
  • Manage forecast predictions and update management on account status.
  • Collect intelligence on competitor activity and provide marketing feedback.
  • Track customer activity in Salesforce.
