Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
- Strong experience in managing global and localized PPC campaigns.
- Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead flow, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative attitude.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead global acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and chat.
- Own channel-level funnel targets for Direct Acquisition sales motion.
- Monitor end-to-end funnel performance across acquisition channels and identify funnel leaks.
- Manage a team of two demand generation managers.
- Own relationships with paid media agencies and external vendors.
- Set performance targets, oversee budget allocation, and monitor execution quality.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency and conversion improvements.
