Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
  • Strong experience in managing global and localized PPC campaigns.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead flow, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead global acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and chat.
  • Own channel-level funnel targets for Direct Acquisition sales motion.
  • Monitor end-to-end funnel performance across acquisition channels and identify funnel leaks.
  • Manage a team of two demand generation managers.
  • Own relationships with paid media agencies and external vendors.
  • Set performance targets, oversee budget allocation, and monitor execution quality.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency and conversion improvements.
