Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of building and executing demand generation strategies that drive inbound pipeline growth.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, ABM, events, and digital programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and optimize funnel performance.
  • Ability to design and execute lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling and messaging capabilities.
  • Highly proactive mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate marketing execution and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute quarterly demand generation strategies aligned with sales objectives and pipeline growth targets.
  • Design and launch multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, ABM-lite, events, webinars, and partnerships.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define and prioritize target accounts and growth opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and optimize nurturing programs across the buyer journey.
  • Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance.
  • Use marketing automation platforms to execute campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize landing pages, messaging, and conversion paths.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with innovative demand generation approaches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product, sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools as a core part of campaign development, execution, and optimization workflows.
