Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience in a B2B SaaS capacity.
- Experience developing integrated demand generation strategies across the full customer lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for demand generation, optimization, content, or targeting.
- Experience using customer research and metrics to generate forecasts and back up assumptions.
- Experience with A/B testing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience implementing an integrated Editorial Calendar and managing content creators.
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, Canva, Zoom, Apollo, Webflow, Paid SEM, and SEMrush/Moz.
- Proven experience scaling demand generation at a series A/B startup.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted, multi-channel programs for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Design multi-touch, omnichannel demand generation programs moving buyers from awareness to pipeline.
- Map customer journeys and identify optimal touchpoints and messaging.
- Orchestrate campaigns across paid media, email, events, content, and social.
- Support conferences and webinars and manage post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales on lead generation goals and handoff processes.
- Partner with marketing ops to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Manage campaign execution and tracking within HubSpot CRM.
