Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience in a B2B SaaS capacity.
  • Experience developing integrated demand generation strategies across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for demand generation, optimization, content, or targeting.
  • Experience using customer research and metrics to generate forecasts and back up assumptions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience implementing an integrated Editorial Calendar and managing content creators.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, Canva, Zoom, Apollo, Webflow, Paid SEM, and SEMrush/Moz.
  • Proven experience scaling demand generation at a series A/B startup.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted, multi-channel programs for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Design multi-touch, omnichannel demand generation programs moving buyers from awareness to pipeline.
  • Map customer journeys and identify optimal touchpoints and messaging.
  • Orchestrate campaigns across paid media, email, events, content, and social.
  • Support conferences and webinars and manage post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales on lead generation goals and handoff processes.
  • Partner with marketing ops to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Manage campaign execution and tracking within HubSpot CRM.
