Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Track record of driving qualified pipeline for B2B SaaS or infrastructure/compliance/security companies.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events, ABM).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in funnel conversion reporting.
  • Ability to write campaign messaging for complex technical/regulatory topics.
  • Experience working closely with Sales against revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and AI tools for marketing orchestration.
  • Experience with enterprise-sales led, ABM, and PLG-led demand generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Build targeted account-based campaigns for enterprise prospects across priority verticals.
  • Partner with Sales on named account strategy, messaging, and outreach sequences.
  • Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, roundtables, and conference follow-up campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate campaign and channel reporting in HubSpot.
  • Use AI tools to improve campaign speed, quality, personalization, and measurement.
  • Coordinate with product, brand, comms, and policy teams to align narratives.
