- Experience managing multi-touch campaigns and nurturing complex buyer journeys
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Collaborative approach with proven success working cross-functionally
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated digital demand generation campaigns
- Manage paid media strategy and external agency relationships
- Own organic social media execution and growth
- Manage execution of influencer marketing programs
- Track and optimize influencer performance
- Manage campaign setup across email, landing pages, and digital channels
- Build and optimize nurture and lifecycle programs within HubSpot
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting aligned with ABM strategy
- Test messaging, creative, and conversion paths
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights
