Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation, growth, or campaign marketing.
  • Proven track record driving qualified pipeline for B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise tech.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel from awareness to sales-accepted pipeline.
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, content, events, ABM).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Ability to write and shape campaign messaging for complex technical or regulatory topics.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and operating against revenue goals.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and AI tools for campaign orchestration.
  • Experience with enterprise-sales led, ABM, and PLG-led demand generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Own campaign planning across priority segments, including gaming, social media, AI, and marketplaces.
  • Build targeted account-based campaigns for enterprise prospects.
  • Partner with Sales on named account strategy, messaging, and outreach sequences.
  • Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, roundtables, and conference follow-up campaigns.
  • Oversee Hubspot-based Marketing Ops reporting and channel attribution.
  • Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign speed, quality, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with Product and Policy teams to align campaigns with market narrative.
