Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management at a digital ad agency, ideally in a senior role
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue
- Google Ads, including Google Search Ads
- Experience working with US Clients
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts while ensuring client success
- Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, and performance analytics
Responsibilities
- Handle major accounts, acting as a strategic partner for key clients
- Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Oversee client strategy, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
