Requirements

  • 5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales
  • Track record of retaining accounts
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or fintech preferred
  • Experience in a startup environment preferred
  • Experience with Jira preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Comfort working independently and remotely
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical discipline and adaptability
  • Strategic thinking capability

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to build growth strategies for your book of business
  • Ensure speed and efficiency in onboarding and adoption of Esusu services
  • Develop customized success plans to accelerate adoption and achieve client goals
  • Develop relationships with property managers to understand business needs
  • Identify growth opportunities and establish client feedback loops
  • Monitor account health through business reviews and account planning
  • Provide ongoing education on Esusu’s suite of services and Financial Literacy topics
