Requirements
- 5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales
- Track record of retaining accounts
- Experience in real estate, property management, or fintech preferred
- Experience in a startup environment preferred
- Experience with Jira preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Comfort working independently and remotely
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical discipline and adaptability
- Strategic thinking capability
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to build growth strategies for your book of business
- Ensure speed and efficiency in onboarding and adoption of Esusu services
- Develop customized success plans to accelerate adoption and achieve client goals
- Develop relationships with property managers to understand business needs
- Identify growth opportunities and establish client feedback loops
- Monitor account health through business reviews and account planning
- Provide ongoing education on Esusu’s suite of services and Financial Literacy topics
