- Design and build the onboarding playbook, activation milestones, health scoring framework, and renewal motion.
- Define customer success strategy in collaboration with the Head of GTM.
- Manage pilot accounts from AE handoff through conversion.
- Review and optimize customer email copy and campaign structures.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities.
- Track and maintain account health data in HubSpot.
- Surface customer patterns and insights to the GTM team.
