Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
- Demonstrated experience building a CS motion from scratch.
- Strong copywriting skills with expertise in email marketing.
- Ability to quickly learn and teach complex technical products.
- Prior startup experience building internal structures.
- Proficiency in HubSpot for pipeline and account data management.
- Understanding of marketing team operations, technology stacks, and ROI definitions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the onboarding playbook, activation milestones, health scoring framework, and renewal motion.
- Define customer success strategy in collaboration with the Head of GTM.
- Manage pilot accounts from AE handoff through conversion.
- Review and optimize customer email copy and campaign structures.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities.
- Track and maintain account health data in HubSpot.
- Surface customer patterns and insights to the GTM team.
