Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Demonstrated experience building a CS motion from scratch.
  • Strong copywriting skills with expertise in email marketing.
  • Ability to quickly learn and teach complex technical products.
  • Prior startup experience building internal structures.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for pipeline and account data management.
  • Understanding of marketing team operations, technology stacks, and ROI definitions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build the onboarding playbook, activation milestones, health scoring framework, and renewal motion.
  • Define customer success strategy in collaboration with the Head of GTM.
  • Manage pilot accounts from AE handoff through conversion.
  • Review and optimize customer email copy and campaign structures.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities.
  • Track and maintain account health data in HubSpot.
  • Surface customer patterns and insights to the GTM team.
