Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, customer insights, UX research, market research, or related strategy-focused disciplines.
- Proven experience building and evolving insights functions, frameworks, or capabilities.
- Deep expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
- Experience leading large-scale or multi-stakeholder research initiatives.
- Experience in DTC, wellness, healthcare, consumer products, subscription businesses, or high-growth environments preferred.
- Experience supporting global and multi-market insights initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Consumer Insights function and define the strategic roadmap for insights across brand, growth, and experience initiatives.
- Establish best-in-class research standards, frameworks, and tools that elevate the quality, rigor, and impact of insights.
- Lead all insights initiatives supporting brand strategy, brand performance tracking, and marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee all UX/UI research efforts to support product and digital experience improvements.
- Provide strategic oversight for New Product Development research initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Growth, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing insights culture.
