Requirements

  • 8+ years of institutional sales experience within financial services.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals.
  • Experience managing 6–7 figure ACV (annual contract value) deals.
  • Deep network of relationships with broker-dealers, hedge funds, and asset managers.
  • Strong understanding of brokerage infrastructure and execution services.
  • Working knowledge of crypto, digital assets, and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline.
  • Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Represent the firm at key industry conferences and events.
  • Synthesize market feedback to inform product and commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for deal scoping and onboarding.
