Requirements
- 8+ years of institutional sales experience within financial services.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals.
- Experience managing 6–7 figure ACV (annual contract value) deals.
- Deep network of relationships with broker-dealers, hedge funds, and asset managers.
- Strong understanding of brokerage infrastructure and execution services.
- Working knowledge of crypto, digital assets, and blockchain technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective institutional clients.
- Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline.
- Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
- Establish and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Represent the firm at key industry conferences and events.
- Synthesize market feedback to inform product and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams for deal scoping and onboarding.
