Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services technology sector
  • Proven success generating pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals directly or through strategic partners
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of enterprise SaaS or communication technologies to banking decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem, including compliance, risk, payments, and customer engagement trends
  • Track record of overachievement in competitive and fast-paced environments
  • Credibility in selling at all organizational levels
  • Consultative or value-based selling experience
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a lead to customer cycle that allows you to exceed your sales and revenue target
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
