Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quota carrying enterprise sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Experience demonstrating software to C-Level executives.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles (discovery, proposal, close).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools (e.g., Zoom Info, Outreach).
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess client needs and ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling SaaS products in ConTech is preferred.
- Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Mid-Market to Enterprise accounts.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-level conversations with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite.
- Present customized demos, proposals, and ROI-driven solutions.
- Partner with internal teams for seamless onboarding and account expansion.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide sales forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
