Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quota carrying enterprise sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Experience demonstrating software to C-Level executives.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles (discovery, proposal, close).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools (e.g., Zoom Info, Outreach).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess client needs and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling SaaS products in ConTech is preferred.
  • Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Mid-Market to Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite.
  • Present customized demos, proposals, and ROI-driven solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless onboarding and account expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide sales forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
