Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success owning searches end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to Hiring Managers.
- Proven experience designing or co-developing effective talent assessments.
- Specific methodology for assessing cultural principles.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.
- Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools.
- Comfort using data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define and drive hiring strategies.
- Act as the expert on talent assessment by designing high-quality take-home assignments.
- Assess candidates against Code.org’s cultural principles.
- Coach Hiring Managers and interviewers to improve calibration and decision-making.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles.
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct screening calls and informational interviews.
- Identify hiring risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Facilitate interviews and debriefs.
- Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse.
