Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence without authority
  • Experience delivering compelling presentations
  • Deep understanding of restaurant/hospitality industry and merchant P&L
  • Advanced analytical skills and complex spreadsheet management
  • Data analysis proficiency using Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, or Sigma
  • Knowledge of third-party delivery platforms and multi-sided marketplaces
  • Ability to synthesize industry trends into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic partnerships with SMB restaurant partners
  • Conduct high-impact business reviews focused on long-term success
  • Proactively adjust account plans as market conditions evolve
  • Identify and mitigate risk to protect merchant health
  • Recommend and sell DoorDash products for merchant efficiency
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Operations, and Sales
  • Represent the merchant voice internally
  • Provide mentorship and support to other Partner Managers
