Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales
- Proven track record of driving growth and retention
- Executive presence with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience delivering compelling presentations
- Deep understanding of restaurant/hospitality industry and merchant P&L
- Advanced analytical skills and complex spreadsheet management
- Data analysis proficiency using Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, or Sigma
- Knowledge of third-party delivery platforms and multi-sided marketplaces
- Ability to synthesize industry trends into actionable recommendations
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic partnerships with SMB restaurant partners
- Conduct high-impact business reviews focused on long-term success
- Proactively adjust account plans as market conditions evolve
- Identify and mitigate risk to protect merchant health
- Recommend and sell DoorDash products for merchant efficiency
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Operations, and Sales
- Represent the merchant voice internally
- Provide mentorship and support to other Partner Managers
