Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare technology products or services.
  • Experience in channel management or selling to executive buyer personas for transactional healthcare EDI services.
  • Demonstrated success managing a territory or book of business with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Proven track record of consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Experience with CRM software, Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong territory planning and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • BA or BS degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Actively drive sales efforts for Performance-based Partner (PBP) referral partners.
  • Maintain disciplined sales operations, including Salesforce CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with partner account goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to enable coordinated lead generation.
  • Lead or support product presentations, solution positioning, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive deal closure.
  • Conduct discovery and needs assessments with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Mentor new hires and act as a player-coach to team members.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitive trends.
