Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare technology products or services.
- Experience in channel management or selling to executive buyer personas for transactional healthcare EDI services.
- Demonstrated success managing a territory or book of business with measurable revenue outcomes.
- Proven track record of consultative, solution-based selling.
- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Strong territory planning and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- BA or BS degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Actively drive sales efforts for Performance-based Partner (PBP) referral partners.
- Maintain disciplined sales operations, including Salesforce CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with partner account goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to enable coordinated lead generation.
- Lead or support product presentations, solution positioning, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive deal closure.
- Conduct discovery and needs assessments with C-suite decision-makers.
- Mentor new hires and act as a player-coach to team members.
- Monitor market conditions and competitive trends.
