  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven success owning searches end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to Hiring Managers.
  • Experience designing effective talent assessments and structured exercises.
  • Clear methodology for assessing cultural principles.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Comfort using data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Interest in technology and AI trends.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define and drive hiring strategies.
  • Act as the expert on talent assessment by designing high-quality take-home assignments and structured exercises.
  • Assess candidates against Code.org’s cultural principles.
  • Coach Hiring Managers and interviewers to improve calibration and decision-making.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles.
  • Actively source candidates through various channels to build pipelines.
  • Conduct screening calls and informational interviews.
  • Facilitate interviews and debriefs.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse and track recruiting metrics.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team on offers and onboarding.
