Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Meta.
  • Strong experience administering HubSpot (objects, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows).
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages and email marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of GTM, GA4, metadata, schema markup, and crawlability.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to measure funnel performance.
  • An AI-first mindset with experience using automation tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Collaborative and able to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot as the operational backbone of marketing including lead scoring and routing.
  • Develop marketing automation and campaign orchestration.
  • Ensure database health, deduplication, and GDPR compliance.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Manage website technical health including GTM, GA4, and schema markup.
  • Build landing pages and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Leverage AI tools for audience research and campaign analysis.
