Requirements

- Strong conversion optimization skills, including landing pages, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with CRM and audience data platforms.
- Experience building reporting systems and dashboards from scratch.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently without a team.
- Strong analytical instincts for data-driven decision making.
- Prior experience managing teams or contractors.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to define and track complex models like LTV.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition strategy across social, retargeting, and high-intent placements.
- Build and manage referral programs and cross-promotional partnerships.
- Develop conversion pathways for memberships, events, and audience products.
- Optimize landing pages and signup flows to improve acquisition efficiency.
- Audit and improve onboarding flows for newsletters and diagnostics.
- Build and run a repeatable A/B testing framework across channels, messaging, and offers.
- Establish baseline tracking and maintain a live dashboard for key performance metrics.
