Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles.
  • Strong background in high-growth SaaS environments; fintech experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing modern revenue tech stacks and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and revenue reporting frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, pipeline dynamics, and revenue drivers across PLG and sales-led motions.
  • Experience applying AI and automation to improve GTM performance, forecasting, or sales efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools, SQL, or data platforms (preferred).
  • Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building or scaling RevOps functions in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across marketing, sales, customer success, and expansion motions.
  • Build and scale a hybrid product-led and sales-assisted growth model.
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting to improve executive decision-making.
  • Define KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks in partnership with GTM leadership.
  • Design and improve scalable revenue operations processes.
  • Own CRM strategy and governance, including Salesforce optimization.
  • Manage and evolve the revenue technology stack.
  • Implement automation and AI-driven initiatives to improve GTM productivity.
  • Support strategic planning including annual planning, territory design, and capacity modeling.
  • Build and scale the Revenue Operations function as the organization grows.
