Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in health services research, health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant prior research experience.
- Proficiency in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
- Experience with data analysis software including Dedoose, NVivo, R, SAS, or Stata.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
- Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of execution of primary data collection research studies, including literature reviews.
- Develop data collection instruments such as surveys and interview guides.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation, and support dissemination activities.
- Contribute to the development of project deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality outputs and maintain project timelines.
- Support client engagement activities by drafting update slides and documenting meeting notes.
- Draft background sections, task descriptions, and timelines for proposals and presentations.
