Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in health services research, health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant prior research experience.
- Proficiency in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
- Experience with data analysis software such as Dedoose, NVivo, R, SAS, or Stata.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of primary data collection research studies including literature reviews and data collection instruments.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation for primary research projects.
- Contribute to the creation of project deliverables and slide decks.
- Assist with project management, timeline maintenance, and team collaboration.
- Support client engagement activities including drafting meeting updates and documenting next steps.
- Contribute to business development through proposal and presentation drafting.
