Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder calendars
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfort navigating ambiguity and escalation

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end interview scheduling for a high-volume Tech TA portfolio
Manage candidate communications throughout the interview lifecycle
Serve as the day-of contact for virtual interviews via Zoom
Maintain thorough Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene in Greenhouse
Partner with Tech TA recruiters to execute active sourcing campaigns
Build Boolean search strings and identify passive candidates
Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation for efficiency
Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders
