Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures, guidelines, HR technology, and tools.
  • Process improvement and project implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of TA space, systems, technology, and sourcing platforms.
  • Advanced Workday knowledge.
  • Experience managing and leading others through change.
  • Advanced multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence through process reengineering and effective use of systems and technology.
  • Act as primary liaison with the HR Analytics team to build reports and dashboards measuring recruiting effectiveness.
  • Manage projects related to process and system enhancement.
  • Serve as Workday recruiting expert, troubleshooting issues for stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify process improvements, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Create and refine best practices, including version control of communications and SOPs.
  • Develop content and collaborate with recruiters for system training.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and conduct audits of recruiting practices.
  • Manage third-party technology support and background check vendor relationships.
