Requirements

  • Significant experience as an in-house TA professional in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling Go-to-Market teams with depth in Enterprise Sales recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation across key EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Nordics).
  • Familiarity with GDPR candidate data handling and works council requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data integrity in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-lifecycle recruitment for critical commercial and enterprise sales functions.
  • Build and nurture qualified candidate pipelines proactively.
  • Design data-driven recruitment strategies and deliver candidate content.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to EMEA leadership on talent and workforce planning.
  • Manage offer negotiations, closing, and internal approvals.
  • Maintain high data integrity within ATS and produce recruitment analytics.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with GDPR and EMEA employment law.
