Requirements
- Significant experience as an in-house TA professional in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of scaling Go-to-Market teams with depth in Enterprise Sales recruitment.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation across key EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Nordics).
- Familiarity with GDPR candidate data handling and works council requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage data integrity in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full-lifecycle recruitment for critical commercial and enterprise sales functions.
- Build and nurture qualified candidate pipelines proactively.
- Design data-driven recruitment strategies and deliver candidate content.
- Act as a strategic advisor to EMEA leadership on talent and workforce planning.
- Manage offer negotiations, closing, and internal approvals.
- Maintain high data integrity within ATS and produce recruitment analytics.
- Ensure recruitment compliance with GDPR and EMEA employment law.
